I’m an independent investor with the aim of being a local owner-operator that can continue the legacy of an existing business. I know from my time at start-up’s how hard it is to launch and grow a business and I want to use my experiences and skills to build on the foundation of a successful business.
My work at Honor gave me a rich set of experiences with small business transactions as owners transitioned their operations to the company. I have seen what works and what doesn’t and will apply those learning to ensure a successful transition for the company’s culture and team.

I am looking to acquire a stable, growing business that has been in operation >10 years.
My family and I are fully committed to this path and we intend on remaining active members in our local community, so we are focused on businesses in Northern California.
Given my background in healthcare and non-medical home care, I am looking at service based businesses that have EBITDA ranging from $300k to $2M.
